Quiet and respect for neighbours The house is located in a semi-private courtyard shared with our neighbours. Please be discreet in the courtyard and in the house, especially between 10pm and 8am. The property is entirely non-smoking, including the courtyard.

Guest capacity The house accommodates up to 6 guests. The base rate includes 2 guests. From the 3rd guest onwards, a supplement of €5 per person per night applies (adults and children). A sofa bed is available in the living room.

Heating and ventilation The heating in the living room and main bedroom is switched on the day before your arrival so the house is warm and comfortable when you arrive. There is no air conditioning, but fans are available in every room during summer.

Pets Pets are not accepted.

Waste sorting A three-colour recycling bin is available in the toilet. When bags are full, collection containers are located on the square just in front of the house.

Before you leave To help us prepare the house for the next guests, please: — Wash and put away your dishes — Gather all bed linen and towels in the shower — Take your rubbish bags to the containers on the square, or to the right going down the ramp for recycling — Return the keys to the key box using the same code as on arrival, scramble the digits and close the shutter
