The nature reserve and the naturist beach
Since 2020, the Orpellières nature reserve and its magnificent beaches have constantly attracted hundreds of people. Easily accessible thanks to its parking lot near the "" Le Sérignan-Plage "" campsite, it is always very relaxing to come and swim or simply have a picnic . Unspoiled beaches , lagoons , and dune cordon are waiting for you to offer you a breathtaking spectacle with an environment as peaceful as it is magnificent!
The naturist beach is separated by a sign to demarcate the areas. You will also find a first aid station there.
Not far from these beaches is the Maison de site des Orpellières , a calm and relaxing place perfect for families because it offers a playground and various workshops and visits (during school holidays) and events during the summer.
Grande Maire Beach
Located at the end of the alley bearing its name, the Grande Maïre beach is one of the largest in Sérignan after that of Orpellières . It also has a car park and a first aid station to ensure everyone's safety.
La Grande Maïre is a former " arm " of the Orb. It is now considered a lagoon where fresh water and salt water mix. Classified as " Natura 2000 ", it is very pleasant to swim there during the summer.
